Arunava D. Ray, M.D., F.A.C.P., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Ray is an invasive cardiologist. Dr. Ray
completed his Cardiology Fellowship June 30, 1999. His practice includes
Invasive and Clinical Cardiology.
Dr. Ray completed Medical School at the KEM Hospital
and Seth G S Medical College, University of Bombay, Bombay, India, in 1992.
He attended Residency in Internal Medicine at KEM Hospital and Seth G S
Medical College, University of Bombay, Bombay, India, and The Brooklyn
Hospital Center, Brooklyn, New York. He was Chief Resident of the Department
of Internal Medicine his last year at The Brooklyn Hospital Center. In 1996,
Dr. Ray began his Cardiology Fellowship at The Brooklyn Hospital Center,
Brooklyn, New York. While in his Cardiology Fellowship he was Chief
Cardiology Fellow his last year at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, Cornell
University School of Medicine, Brooklyn, New York.
Dr. Ray is a Diplomate of the American Board of
Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease; a Fellow of the American
College of Cardiology; and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians
and American Society of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the Potter
Randall Medical Society, the Texas Medical Association and the American
Medical Association.
Dr. Ray’s practice includes Cardiac Catheterization,
Echocardiogram, Transthoracic and Transesophageal. He also performs Intra
Aortic Balloon Pump Catheter Insertion, Stress Testing, Temporary Pacemaker
Insertion, and Nuclear Cardiology.
