MARC MOREAU, M.D.

Marc Moreau, M.D., a native of Belgium, received his
undergraduate degree in electronics from the State Institute of Technology in Libramont,
Belgium. Graduating with honors, he received his Medical Degree from the University Libre
de Bruxelles Medical School in Brussels, Belgium. He also completed a post-graduate course
in Electrocardiography. Upon completion of his Medical Degree, Dr. Moreau was a Family
Practice Physician in Belgium. He later completed his Internship and Residency in Internal
Medicine at Saint Mary's Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut and his Cardiology Fellowship
was completed at Saint Raphael's Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut.
During his Internal Medicine Residency, Dr. Moreau was involved in cardiac cell research
at the University of Connecticut. This research lead to publication in 'Nature." At
the time of his Cardiology Fellowship, he provided coverage for a private cardiology group
at Saint Mary's Hospital in New Haven and was an Emergency Room Physician at Saint Mary's
Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut.
Dr. Moreau practices lnterventional Cardiology with Amarillo Heart Group. He is a member
of the Texas Medical Association, American Medical Association, and the Potter-Randall
County Medical Society.

Angioplasty; lntraAortic Balloon Pump; Swan Ganz Catheter; Temporary and Permanent
